From the creators of The House Hotel Galatasaray comes a more modern-minded boutique hotel in the heart of Istanbul's posh Nisantasi neighborhood known for its walking fashion parade that flock to local flagships of Louis Vuitton, Fendi and Prada. Only a few minutes away from the Bosporus and Grand Bazaar, the location is refreshingly free of the tourist excesses that loom around much of Istanbul and offers a hotel location to explore the upper crust of true local society. Contrasting from its sister-hotel in Galatasaray, Nisantasi is accessed along a buzzing shopping street and into a galley lobby under silver-detailed chandeliers and marble counter.
A communal-style reception is at the center of the five-story building, home to a galley lobby and access to a communal style lounge. Bright with large picture windows overlooking the tree-lined neighborhood, the room is defined by a semi-circular banquette clad in creamy leather laid in wide-plank oak floors surrounded in all-white bookcases with outlying room of communal tables home to the morning breakfast and bar with evening cocktail service.

A total of 45 rooms on five floors, all designed by Istanbul’s beloved Autoban Design Group, provide an evolved modern aesthetic defined by free flowing architecture of open-style white Carrara marble bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling picture windows. 50s inspired Italian furnishings with a Middle Eastern flair defines spacious seating areas with sofa and club chair facing 50-inch LCD TVs and built-in mini-bars with wine cellar detailing in front of platform beds made of rich rosewood. A wall of clear glass doesn’t camouflage any messy habits in the walk-in closet, or anyone brushing their teeth or showering in the stylish glass-cocooned bathroom dripping in veiny marble.
